1. Our Commitment
We commit to delivering all campaigns as described. If a campaign does not deliver as described, we will work to resolve the issue.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible if your campaign was not activated within the stated timeframe, or if technical issues outside your control prevented delivery.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available for campaigns delivered as described, orders with inaccurate profile information, accounts made private during the campaign, or change of mind after activation.
4. How to Request
Contact support@ventriomedia.com within 7 days of campaign completion with your order number.
5. Resolution Options
We may offer campaign extension, account credit, or monetary refund depending on circumstances.
